• Drive sales and profitability via upselling of Lubeserv Express Lube packages
• Inform customer of repairs needed with cost estimates
• Monitor ongoing vehicle repairs and provide status to customers
• Assist in delivering customer experience with high satisfaction, including tires and wheels handling
