Job summary

Unison Computer Systems, Inc. seeks a technical support professional to diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues for company products. You will log service cases, generate IDs, and process spare parts requests, as well as perform on-site installations and repairs.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of technical support, repair, or troubleshooting experience.
• Knowledgeable in basic hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Responsible, dependable, and able to work independently.
• Willing to perform field service and on-site assignments.
• Willing to be assigned in Paco.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial diagnosis and troubleshooting of hardware and software issues.
• Log service cases into the system, generate case IDs, and process parts requests.
• Replace defective parts, complete repair activities, and close service cases per SOPs.
• Handle packing and shipment arrangements for inbound/outbound spare parts and RMAs.
• Provide on-site technical support including installation and troubleshooting of hardware/software.
