Job summary

TRBank, Inc. (A Rural Bank) is seeking a Field Recovery Specialist to support the Department Head and ensure efficient recovery operations through well-structured action plans.

You will conduct field visits, manage borrower communications, coordinate with other units, and monitor performance of field recovery associates to meet overdue targets.

The role emphasizes professional communication, risk identification, and timely execution of restructuring or workouts to protect loan quality.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Dept. Head in aligning strategies through proper execution of action plans.
• Contribute to collection targets by managing the loan receivables portfolio assigned by the Asst Dept Head.
• Monitor the performance of field recovery associates by providing guidance to resolve day-to-day issues and conflicts.
• Support field recovery activities such as skip tracing, negotiating with borrowers, repossession of chattels, and real estate collateral workouts.
• Communicate professionally with borrowers about loan payment status through visits, notices, and letters.
• Identify warning signs of problem loan accounts and take action through restructuring, workouts, or endorsements to other units.
• Ensure field operations productivity by preparing itineraries, field reports, and timely follow-up recovery measures.

Job description

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist the Dept. Head in the alignment of strategies through proper execution of action plans to ensure efficient operations.

• Contribute to the collection and past due targets by managing loan receivables portfolio assigned by the Asst Dept Head

• Monitor the performance of field recovery associates by providing guidance and support in the resolution of day-to-day operational issues and conflicts to achieve department targets.

• Support and help the field recovery associate during field saturation activities such as skip tracing, negotiating with hardcore borrowers, repossession of chattels, negotiation for dacion en pago for real estate collaterals.

• Communicate professionally and respectfully with the borrower the loan payment status through personal visits to discuss the overdue amounts, serve bank notices and collection letters.

• Recognize and identify warning signs of problem loan accounts and adverse findings and take immediate action thru restructuring, loan workout, or endorsement to other units to prevent deterioration of loan quality.

• Ensure field operations productivity and efficiency by preparing a mapped itinerary, on-time field report and feedback to the partner remedial associate, and prompt implementation of subsequent recovery measures.
