Join Sidel, a global leader in food, beverage, and personal care packaging solutions, as a Field Service Technician specialized in automation. You will be trained and supported to master high tech equipment deployed at major industrial clients in Spain and abroad.

Your mission:

• Install, commission and test Sidel equipment, including single machines and complete production lines
• Troubleshoot, prevent and adopt corrective maintenance on electrical, mechanical and automated machines within high-speed production lines
• Execute precise technical diagnostics, share feedback with internal support teams and propose corrective actions
• Administrate equipment upgrades and optimisation, including hardware and software updates
• Collaborate closely with project managers and technical support teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Train and empower client operators and maintenance technicians to ensure efficient equipment handling
• Report after sales opportunities detected on Customer site;
• Comply fully with Sidel and client safety rules, with clear communications throughout interventions

Your profile:

• Technical degree (automation, mechatronics, electrotechnics…)
• Strong technical curiosity and eagerness to learn continuously
