Job summary

RGL BIO ALLIANCE CORPORATION is seeking a Field Service Engineer Supervisor to install, maintain and troubleshoot IVD analyzers at client laboratories in Metro Manila. The role includes mentoring junior engineers, planning field activities, and ensuring high equipment uptime in a client-facing capacity.

The position requires travel to client sites, performing preventive maintenance, diagnosing complex issues, and coordinating withTechnical Operations and supply chain to optimize parts

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Medical Technology, Electronics/Electronics & Communications Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3–5 years of experience servicing IVD or medical/laboratory diagnostic equipment.
• Solid troubleshooting skills across electronics, mechanical systems, and diagnostic software.

Responsibilities

• Install, calibrate, and commission IVD analyzers at client laboratories.
• Perform preventive maintenance and respond to service calls within turnaround times.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electronic, and software issues on diagnostic equipment.
• Train client staff on operation and basic troubleshooting.
• Maintain service records, calibration logs, and parts inventory.
