Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in equipment servicing, maintenance, or field service operations.
• Previous supervisory or lead technician experience preferred.
• Strong technical knowledge of electrical, mechanical, refrigeration, or related equipment systems.
• Experience with commercial kitchen equipment, beverage dispensing systems, or ice machines is an advantage.
• Able to troubleshoot equipment problems and provide technical guidance to technicians.
• Good leadership, communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
• Graduate of Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related technical-vocational course. Equivalent hands-on technical experience is welcome.
• Willing to travel to customer locations within assigned service areas.

Responsabilités

• Supervise technicians performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and installations.
• Monitor daily field activities, service completion, technician productivity, and pending jobs.
• Provide technical assistance, inspect workmanship, and address recurring equipment issues.
• Ensure accurate and timely submission of service reports, supporting photos, and parts usage records.
• Enforce safety standards, company procedures, and technician accountability.
• Coordinate with Operations, Dispatch, and Supply Chain regarding field concerns and service requirements.
• Monitor technician performance, identify training needs, and recommend corrective actions.
