Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in service operations, field service management, or technical services.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role, leading field technicians or service teams.
• Experience with installation, preventive maintenance, repair services, or after-sales support.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate daily service operations, including scheduling, dispatching, and monitoring field technicians.
• Ensure timely completion of installation, preventive maintenance, and repair activities.
• Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain service quality and efficiency.
• Monitor service KPIs such as turnaround time, response rate, and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Sales and After-Sales to ensure seamless customer service.
