Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Pollution Control Officer (PCO) certificate and 3+ years as a PCO in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of permit, license applications, renewals and regulatory compliance (DENR, EMB, LLDA).
• Strong technical aptitude with hands-on experience on various engineering equipment and systems.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication and customer service skills.

About the role

As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing on-site technical support and maintenance for our clients' engineering equipment and systems. This is a full‑time position based in Carmona Cavite, and will involve regular travel to customer sites within the region.

Key responsibilities

• Handle permit and license applications, renewals, and compliance requirements with DENR, EMB, LLDA, and other related agencies.

• Assist in environmental compliance monitoring and ensure adherence to applicable environmental regulations.

• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.

• Collaborate with the engineering and product teams to identify and implement improvements.

• Document all service activities and maintain detailed records.

• Provide technical guidance and training to customers on the proper use and maintenance of our products.

• Perform inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on a variety of engineering equipment and systems.
  

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
