Job summary

RoviSys Building Technologies in the Philippines is seeking a Service Engineer or Specialist to provide service and support for customer control systems, perform inspections, maintenance, software updates, and troubleshoot hardware and software while maintaining SLAs. The role includes on-site startup, system design support, and collaboration with technical teams.

Travel to customer facilities is expected, with on-call rotation and a strong emphasis on documentation, reporting, and customer

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in approved mechanical, electrical or similar engineering degree track or equivalent industry experience.
Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems in customer environments.
Experience with multiple controls platforms (see qualifications).

Responsibilities

Perform regular inspections, maintenance, and software updates of control systems.
Identify and address system malfunctions or inefficiencies.
Implement system upgrades and enhancements to improve efficiency and performance.
Continuously monitor service channels (phone, email, chat, tickets) and KPIs.
Respond to incidents, outages, and service disruptions to maintain SLAs.
Collaborate with technical teams to resolve critical incidents quickly.
