Job summary

Revlv Solutions in Manila is seeking a proactive Field Service Engineer to support customer installations and service requests across Metro Manila. You will participate in survey requests, coordinate field activities, and ensure precise reporting of service events.

The role requires basic technical knowledge in engineering or IT and a willingness to travel for field visits. A valid driver's license is preferred, and owning a motorcycle is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Engineering or IT undergraduate or Senior High School graduate.
• With or without relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Takes part in survey requests and implementation.
• Assist in demo requests.
• Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches.
• Tie workflow to schedule.
• Manage all on-site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks.
• Produce timely and detailed service reports.
• Document processes.
• Follow all company’s field procedures and protocols.
• Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organization.
• Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings.
• Build positive relationships with customers.
