Job summary

Atlas Copco Philippines is seeking a Field Service Engineer to support customers in CDO and surrounding areas. You will troubleshoot, service, and repair electrical and electromechanical equipment, read schematics, and uphold safety standards.

Ideal candidates hold a BSEE/BSME/BSECE, have strong electrical skills, can read drawings, and travel to sites with a valid driver's license. Excellent communication and a proactive, customer-focused attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Electronics engineering or related field.
• Strong electrical troubleshooting and maintenance experience.
• Ability to read electrical schematics, wiring diagrams and drawings.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to customer sites.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Your role

To succeed, you will need

Experience

• Strong electrical background with experience in troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of electrical and electromechanical equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings.
• Knowledge of motor control systems, VFDs, electrical panels, and industrial automation systems is an advantage.
• Experience working in a workshop repair and field service environment, with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
• Adaptable and willing to adjust work schedules based on customer requirements, including evening or weekend work.
• Proactive, self-driven, and accountable in addressing customer needs and delivering solutions.
• Proficient in using technology to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Holds a valid driver's license and is willing to travel to customer sites.
• Strong work management, customer relationship, retention, coaching, and mentoring skills.
• Good product and technical knowledge.

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE), Mechanical Engineering (BSME), Electronics and Communications Engineering (BSECE), or a related field.

Technical Skills:

• Computer proficient.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
