Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage service orders from initiation to completion with related departments.
• Act as primary contact for customers and internal stakeholders with updates.
• Perform commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and warranty repairs.
• Diagnose malfunctions and implement corrective actions to restore performance.
• Respond quickly to breakdowns and emergencies to minimize downtime.
• Document findings and provide clear technical reports and recommendations.
• Provide guidance and support to junior engineers as needed.
• Participate in projects and improvement initiatives.
