About the Role

We are seeking a Licensed Electronics Engineer to join our team in Cebu as a Service Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end equipment service lifecycle—from receiving inspection and laboratory testing to on-site installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of analog, digital, and analytical instruments for our client base.

Key Responsibilities

• Equipment Testing & Inspection: Conduct thorough receiving inspections and functional testing of incoming instruments and electronic equipment.
• Installation & Commissioning: Deploy, install, calibrate, and commission analytical and electronic equipment at customer sites across Cebu and surrounding regions.
• Maintenance & Repair: Perform routine monitoring, preventive maintenance, component-level troubleshooting, and corrective repairs on customer systems.
• Client Technical Support: Deliver exceptional, prompt customer service and technical support to maintain high client satisfaction levels.
• Service Documentation: Prepare service reports, installation sign-offs, and calibration logs using standard technical documentation procedures.
