Job summary

RGL BIO ALLIANCE CORPORATION in Metro Manila is seeking an Electronics/Electrical graduate to join our equipment operations team. You will assist in installation, maintenance, audits, and client support for industrial machinery.

Fresh graduates are welcome; licensing is optional. The role offers hands-on training across maintenance, documentation, and project demos with the sales team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in ECE or EE.
• Licensing is preferred but not required.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• At least 1 year of related field experience preferred but not required.
• Experience driving (motorcycle or car) is optional.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality new equipment installation and restore breakdowns per set standards.
• Perform preventive maintenance and monitor equipment condition.
• Conduct equipment audits and provide data for KPIs and planning.
• Build rapport with clients and support technical needs from partners and the sales team.
• Assist Sales in demos and installations, and contribute to end-user training.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

EQUIPMENT OPERATIONS AND MAINTENANCE

• Ensure quality new equipment installation.
• Restore any equipment breakdown following a set time and quality standards of restoration.
• Conduct preventive maintenance procedures based on schedule and quality standards.
• Identify and diligently check the wear and tear on equipment parts that may lead to major equipment breakdown and recommend the best way to mitigate further problem.

EQUIPMENT AUDIT AND ADMINISTRATION

• Ensure that all original Service Request documents are kept in an orderly manner as data source for engineering KPIs.
• Provides accurate and timely reports and documentation of all restoration made as data support on equipment condition and strategic planning on machine upgrades of the client
• Conduct equipment audit during preventive maintenance procedure and identify a timetable for possible replacement as internal information for Sales.

CLIENT RELATIONSHIP

• Build rapport and relationship with clients.
• Augment any technical support needed by client from local and principal partners

PROJECT DEVELOPMENT

• Assist Sales in the preparation for demo and installation.
• Design effective end-user training including basic troubleshooting of equipment.

PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT

• Identify personal areas for improvement
• Actively seek ways to develop and improve one’s competencies
