Job summary

FILHOLLAND CORPORATION | LUZON ILUMINA CORPORATION is seeking a field-focused engineer to monitor technician productivity and support on-site deployment in Batangas. The role involves technical decision-making, drafting quotations with CSRs, and generating clear client and company reports.

Travel within assigned areas is required, and candidates must have an engineering degree, strong communication skills, and a valid driver’s license (RC 1, RC 2).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (prefer Mechanical)
• Experience with heavy machinery, automotive, and allied services
• Strong oral, written, and presentation skills
• Willing to work on field and travel within assigned areas
• Valid driver’s license (RC 1, RC 2)

Responsibilities

• Monitor technician productivity and deployment on-site
• Join technician deployment to provide technical knowledge and decision making on-site
• Submit and draft quotations for submission (with collaboration of CSRs)
• Does well-compiled technical reports for client and company perusal
• Conduct client visits to improve branch revenues
• Monitor and assign technician work orders
• Schedule deployment of technicians and other necessary work requirements.

• With effective oral, written, and presentation skills

• Must possess strong negotiation skills

• Willing to work on field and travel within assigned areas

• Knows how to drive, with valid driver’s license (RC 1,2)
