Responsibilities

• Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally to maintain good relationships.
• Resolve service problems and improve methods to increase productivity.
• Monitor equipment performance and develop preventative maintenance measures.
• Deliver demonstrations for safe and effective equipment use.
• Communicate with suppliers regarding technical issues.

• Monitor Service Reports of Service Engineers.

• Must know how to drive manual and automatic.

Responsibilities

• Communicating with clients, engineers, and other technicians to ensure that services are delivered effectively.
• Delegating and directing service tasks, monitoring the progress of current projects, and managing service team members to ensure the team's objectives and sales goals are met.
• Handling customer complaints or concerns quickly and professionally to maintain good customer relationships and ensure repeat customers.
• Resolving service problems and improving service methods to increase the service productivity and customer service.
• Monitoring equipment and machinery performance and developing preventative maintenance measures.
• Delivering demonstrations to ensure that customers are educated on safe and effective equipment use.
• Communicate to all suppliers local and abroad in case of technical issues of machines.
