Job summary

Getz HealthCare seeks a Field Training Manager to lead field coaching and competency development across the salesforce. You will drive field readiness, monitor coaching quality, and liaise with Training Consultant, Product Managers, and Sales Leaders to strengthen execution.

You will split time between field coaching duties (70%) and office-based admin tasks (30%), with travel and hospital exposure as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a four-year course, preferably a Science-related field.
• Minimum 5 years in healthcare with sales, people management or marketing exposure.
• 3+ years in training or teaching with knowledge of adult learning principles.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular field visits to implement training and development programs across salesforce.
• Onboard new hires and support their integration into commercial operations.
• Develop, upload, and maintain LMS courses and training materials.
• Monitor field coaching, assess coaching quality, and ensure proper tool usage.
• Coach managers and field teams to improve adoption and execution of processes.
