• Assist in the implementation of new sales programs and system changes and special projects.
• Analyze workload of each sales team member and make recommendations on manpower requirements.
• Conduct field trainings to FSRs and NSS; plan and develop training based on Training Needs Analysis.
• Use company sales data to improve performance and keep teams informed about policy changes.
• Maintain up-to-date performance scorecards and KRAs, handle internal requests and customer concerns promptly.
• Submit required reports (DKRA, Propagation, Remittance, Location, Daily Sales updates, etc.) and manage assets.
