Job summary

Golden Legacy Financing Corporation is seeking a Sales Officer to drive revenue growth by leading a field sales team in Iloilo, Passi. You will recruit, train, and deploy agents to achieve regional revenue targets.

Responsibilities include field selling of loan products, building strong client relationships, monitoring agent performance, and providing timely market feedback to management while meeting monthly targets.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in field sales, preferably with loan or financing products.
• Leadership or supervisory experience in managing agents or sales teams.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must be willing to work in the field and engage with clients directly.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player.
