Job summary

Golden Legacy Financing Corporation in the Philippines seeks a Sales Officer to drive revenue growth by building and leading a field sales team. You will recruit, train, and deploy agents to hit monthly targets in the Capiz–Roxas area.

Responsibilities include field selling of loan products, nurturing client relationships, monitoring agent performance, and delivering regular market feedback to management. Willingness to work in the field is essential for success.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in field sales, preferably handling loan or financing products.
• Leadership or supervisory experience in managing agents or sales teams is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
