Job summary

Union Galvasteel Corporation is seeking a Field Sales Representative to drive sales of its products through active prospecting, customer liaison, and on-site visits. You will manage quotes, monitor orders, and promote our brand while developing new markets in General Santos and nearby areas.

The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years in sales, preferably in construction or related industries, excellent communication, and strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

3–5+ years of sales experience.
Familiarity with the Gensan area is an advantage.
Experience in the construction industry is an advantage.
Knowledge in fieldwork, market audit, and area work with sales officers is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Sales Cycle Management: Execute the full sales process—from prospecting to closing—to ensure consistent performance and quality results.
Market Development: Identify new markets and accounts while staying updated on industry trends and project leads.
Strategic Planning: Contribute to area budgeting and strategy, implementing approved plans to meet sales targets.
Account Administration: Prepare accurate quotes and documentation in accordance with pricing and delivery policies.
Order Oversight: Monitor customer orders, inventory withdrawals, and outstanding balances.
Relationship Management: Conduct regular site visits to clients and prospects for sales, collections, and brand promotion.
