Job summary

Bluebean Incorporated is hiring a Field Sales Specialist to drive on-ground loan product promotions to OFW customers in Pasig and nearby areas. You will conduct field sales activities, explain loan options, assist with credit applications, and generate qualified leads to support conversions.

Ideal candidates have experience in loan or financial services sales, strong communication skills, and a target-driven, self-motivated mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience in loan, financial services, or OFW-related sales is preferred.
• Experience in field sales, roadshows, or direct selling is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field sales activities and on-ground promotion to reach potential OFW customers
• Introduce and explain loan products to customers and assist them with credit application
• Generate qualified leads and support customer conversion
• Develop and expand offline acquisition channels such as agencies and walk-in locations
• Work closely with the internal team to ensure smooth handover and successful loan applications
• Provide basic market and customer feedback to the team
