Key Responsibilities:
1. Loan Sales & Client Acquisition
Actively market and promote business loan products starting at ₱300,000.
Target Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (SMEs).
Conduct field visits to assess client business operations, cash flow, and loan eligibility.
Clearly explain loan terms, requirements, interest rates, and repayment schedules.
Close loan deals and assist clients in completing and submitting required documentation.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
2. Credit Investigation (CI)
Perform thorough credit investigations through field verification.
Validate client identity, residence, business operations, and character.
Gather accurate information and prepare complete CI reports.
Submit findings and recommendations for loan approval.
3. Collection & Account Monitoring
Monitor loan accounts and ensure timely payments.
Conduct field follow-ups and collections for overdue accounts.
Serve, explain, and document notices to clients with delayed or unpaid accounts.
Coordinate delinquent cases with management and recommend actions.
Qualifications:
