Job summary

Finvivir Lending Philippines Corporation is seeking a field-based Loan Operations Specialist to support opening and renewals of loan accounts across assigned routes in Bohol. You will travel to barangays, validate client information, explain loan terms, and ensure compliant documentation.

You will collect payments, issue receipts, and maintain accurate records while building strong relationships with clients and the Commercial Team.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and be willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Assist in opening new loan accounts within the assigned route.
• Support the renewal and processing of existing loans.
• Conduct client visits for loan validation and verification.
• Explain loan products, policies, and payment schedules to clients.
• Collect loan payments from clients in accordance with company procedures.
• Issue official receipts and ensure accurate recording of collections.
• Follow up on overdue accounts and assist in collection efforts.
• Maintain proper handling and safekeeping of collected funds.
• Complete and submit required reports and forms accurately and on time.
• Organize and maintain client files and supporting documents.
• Verify the completeness and accuracy of loan requirements.
• Assist in route planning and daily operational activities.
• Perform 100% fieldwork within assigned communities.
• Travel to different barangays and municipalities as required.
• Assist the Route Manager and Commercial Team in achieving route targets.
• Comply with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.

Duties and Responsibilities
