Qualifications

• Proven track record in field/retail sales within consumer products.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and results-driven with target achievement.
• Good organisation and time management for multiple accounts.
• Knowledge of ice cream or FMCG is advantageous.
• Reliable with consistent attendance for field visits.
• Valid driver’s license and access to transport.
• Willingness to work flexible hours for retail hours and promos.
• Basic numeracy for order processing and transactions.
• Enthusiasm for ice cream and consumer goods industry.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field sales visits to retailers, supermarkets, and distribution points in your territory.
• Promote products and educate retailers/customers on features and promotions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and store managers.
• Aim for and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Ensure proper product displays, merchandising, and stock levels.
• Gather market intelligence and customer feedback from the field.
• Process orders efficiently and accurately.
• Report sales performance and market developments regularly.
• Identify new sales opportunities and potential partners in your area.
