About the role

Yili Joyday Ice Cream is seeking a Booking Sales Agent to join our dynamic retail team in Kidapawan City, Cotabato. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in driving sales and managing customer bookings for our premium ice cream products. As a Booking Sales Agent, you will be at the forefront of our customer engagement strategy, responsible for promoting our product range, securing advance bookings for events and occasions, and building strong relationships with both individual customers and corporate clients. This role is essential to our retail operations and directly contributes to the growth and success of Yili Joyland Ice Cream in the local market.

What you'll be doing

• Generate and manage advance bookings for ice cream products for events, celebrations, and corporate functions
• Proactively contact potential customers via phone, email, and in-person visits to promote booking opportunities
• Provide detailed product information and recommendations tailored to customer needs and preferences
• Process booking orders accurately and maintain comprehensive records of customer transactions and preferences
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and quality service for all booked orders
• Follow up with customers post-delivery to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and booking quotas set by management
• Build and maintain a strong customer database, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, resolving issues promptly and effectively
• Participate in promotional activities and events to increase brand awareness and market presence

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in sales, customer service, or retail environments, preferably in the food and beverage industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers and build rapport
• Excellent organisational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple bookings and customer accounts simultaneously
• Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced retail environment
• Proficiency in using sales management tools and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays as required
• Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation (preferred)
• Knowledge of the local Kidapawan City market and existing customer networks (advantageous)
