Job summary

Chain Glass Enterprises Inc. is seeking an experienced Sales Representative to drive profitability by developing new business opportunities and maintaining strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will meet with owners, architects, contractors, and other decision-makers, with a proven history of closing deals.

The role involves prospecting, presenting, negotiating, and coordinating with marketing, production, and logistics to fulfill orders. Travel and field work are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or account management.
• Strong ability to close high-value deals with key vendors.
• Confident presentation and negotiation skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Willing to travel and conduct field work.
• Experience in construction, architectural products, glass, aluminum, building materials, or related industries is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify potential customers through networking, research, and digital channels.
• Client Engagement & Presentations: Conduct in-person meetings to demonstrate product features and explain value propositions.
• Proposals & Negotiations: Prepare custom quotations, negotiate pricing and contract terms, and close deals.
• Account Management: Retain and grow existing client portfolios by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and spotting upselling opportunities.
• CRM & Reporting: Track daily pipeline activity, log client interactions, and submit periodic sales forecasts.
• Internal Coordination: Partner with marketing, sales, production, and logistics teams to align on customer needs and ensure smooth order fulfillment.
