Philip Morris International is seeking a Business Building Executive to drive growth in the Bauang Sales Office, Philippines. This field-based role requires coordinating territory plans, ensuring product availability, and executing promotions with a focus on customer engagement.

You will collaborate with Salesmen, strengthen brand presence, and work flexible schedules Monday to Saturday to meet volume and share targets. A 4-year degree and driving license are required.

Qualifications

Graduate of any 4-year course.
Valid driver's license with the ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle.
Field-based role with strong communication, negotiation, and selling ability.
Experience in sales or marketing projects preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage and execute territory plans to achieve sales targets.
Ensure product availability, visibility, distribution, and pricing compliance.
