Job summary

Dwightsteel Building Systems, Inc. is seeking a dynamic sales professional to formulate effective sales strategies and drive revenue growth through on-site activities and client visits.

The ideal candidate will possess sales experience in building products, exceptional negotiation and problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage client relationships. A competitive compensation package along with sales commissions and allowances will be offered.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of sales experience in building products or construction materials.
• Exceptional sales and customer service skills.
• Skilled at negotiation and problem solving.
• Valid driver's license and capable of operating motorcycles and 4-wheeled vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Formulate effective sales strategies and establish performance targets.
• Perform on-site sales activities and client visits to drive revenue growth.
• Produce qualified sales prospects and maintain client engagement.
• Manage client queries and complaints professionally.
• Prepare proposals and quotations for clients.
