Job summary

Reinforce Search Inc. in Manila is seeking a Sales Executive to drive business growth in the NCR area. This highly field-based role focuses on prospecting new accounts, maintaining client relationships, promoting products, and achieving sales targets.

Candidates with experience in the FMCG or pastry/baking industry are highly preferred; 95% fieldwork, travel within NCR, and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• 2 years of sales experience, preferably in FMCG, food, pastry, or baking.
• College level or graduate with relevant sales experience.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be comfortable with 95% fieldwork.
• Willing to travel extensively within the NCR area.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, acquire, and develop new customers within the NCR area.
• Conduct regular field visits to prospective and existing clients.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing accounts and ensure quality customer service.
• Present and promote company products to potential and existing customers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer service.
• Follow up on quotations, orders, and customer concerns.
