Job summary

VTSA International Inc. (Schneider Lifts and Components Philippines) is seeking a Field Sales and Marketing Representative to drive lead generation, promote elevator solutions, and present products to clients in Metro Manila. The role supports a hybrid setup with two office days and requires active field visits to client sites.

You will manage client relationships, assist in negotiations, monitor the sales pipeline, and provide weekly updates to the team through meetings and reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead Generation – Identify and develop potential clients and projects.
• Marketing & Branding – Promote VTSA's elevator solutions and strengthen brand presence.
• Client Presentations – Present company products and solutions to clients.
• Negotiation – Assist in client discussions and commercial negotiations.
• Site Visits – Conduct client and project site visits when required.
• Business Development – Develop new accounts and maintain client relationships.
• Pipeline Management – Monitor and update sales opportunities and pipeline.
• Weekly Reports & Meetings – Submit sales updates and attend regular sales/pipeline meetings.
