Job summary

PASCAL RESOURCES ENERGY INC. is seeking a dynamic Field Sales Representative to expand and manage a network of dealers, retailers, and trade partners across the assigned area.

You will visit stores regularly to check stock, displays, and pricing, while securing repeat orders and ensuring steady product supply. The role requires self-motivation, honesty, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or higher; experience in field sales/merchandising is advantageous.
• Experience in FMCG, LPG, or consumer goods is preferred.
• Owns a motorcycle and holds a valid driver's license for daily field travel.

• Manage and expand the network of dealers, retailers, and trade partners in the assigned area.
• Visit existing stores regularly to check stock availability, product display, and pricing compliance.
• Secure repeat orders and ensure consistent product supply to all partner outlets.
• Build strong professional relationships with dealers and store owners.
• Submit daily/weekly sales reports, dealer updates, and market status to the Regional Manager.
• Assist in training and guiding dealers on sales promotion and product presentation.
• Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and territory coverage goals.

• Familiar with the assigned area — knows roads, barangays, and key towns
• Self-motivated, honest, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
