Job summary

BDO Network Bank is seeking an Account Officer for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in the Philippines. The role focuses on achieving loan volume targets while maintaining profitability, sound credit quality, and excellent customer service.

You will actively solicit microfinance loan accounts, analyze applicants’ qualifications, initiate credit and collection activities, and coordinate across units to process and service loans. Fieldwork and sales experience in microfinance are a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any four-year or five-year degree course.
• Possesses good selling, communication and customer service skills.
• Must have basic mathematical knowledge.
• Familiar with computer software including word processing & spreadsheets.
• With fieldwork and sales experience on Microfinance, an advantage.
• Preferably can drive a motorcycle.

Responsibilities

• Actively solicit microfinance loan accounts to meet the business needs of the customer.
