Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years with a degree or 5 years without a degree in field QC or construction inspection.
• Certification in discipline (AWS, CWI) or similar preferred.
• Ability to read drawings and know codes and standards.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor QC plans and inspection tests per project needs.
• Coordinate with engineers, suppliers, and site staff to ensure conformance to specs.
• Mentor field QC staff and communicate workload needs to management.
• Review reports and ensure welding and PWHT documentation meet requirements.
• Maintain records and participate in site meetings.
