Job summary

Monolith Construction and Development is seeking a Civil Engineer to oversee on-site activities in Manila and nearby provinces. You will conduct inspections, review plans, monitor workmanship, and ensure compliance with quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

The role requires a degree in Civil Engineering, board passer preferred, and at least 1 year of related experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply as we provide training and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

Conduct regular site inspections to ensure conformity with plans and quality standards.
Study and review construction plans for implementation.
Inspect and monitor workmanship.
Monitor day-to-day site activities and progress.
Assist in gathering data and consolidating information for reporting.
Manage paperwork and documentation for the work area.
Prepare procurement of necessary materials for designated areas.
Estimate material quantity requirements for different scopes of work.
May be assigned to Line and Grade, Concreting, Rebar, Formworks, Finishing, Precast, and QA/QC.
Perform other tasks as assigned.
