Job summary

Zenobuild&Co. Construction Services in the Philippines seeks a diligent site supervisor/engineering graduate to join our on-site team. You will support the Project Engineer with plans, schedules, and daily coordination at our construction sites.

This role requires reading simple drawings, reporting progress with photos, maintaining records, and coordinating crews, suppliers, and safety processes. Fresh graduates are welcome; willing to travel to project locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Graduate or undergraduate in civil/related field.
• Fresh graduates welcome with good fundamentals.
• Able to read basic drawings.
• Willing to work full-time on site.
• Strong reporting and documentation skills.
• Good communication and coordination.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site monitoring and coordination.
• Assist Project Engineer with plans, schedules, and instructions.
• Monitor daily construction activities and progress.
• Coordinate workers, subcontractors, suppliers, and deliveries.
• Prepare daily site reports and progress photos.
• Report safety, quality issues to Project Engineer.
• Assist with site measurements and QA/QC activities.
• Maintain organized site records.
