Job summary

Zenobuild&Co. Construction Services in the Philippines is seeking a procurement coordinator to manage canvassing, supplier quotations, and purchase documentation.

You will coordinate with Project Engineers, Site Coordinators, and the Cost Control Officer to ensure alignment with budgets and approvals. The ideal candidate is a Civil Engineering undergraduate or equivalent with strong negotiation, organizational, and communication skills, comfortable handling quotations and digital procurement

Qualifications

• Knowledge of construction materials and basic construction terminology.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Organized and comfortable working with quotations, spreadsheets, and digital systems.
• Able to coordinate with multiple suppliers and project personnel.
• Detail-oriented and able to follow procurement and approval procedures.

Responsibilities

• Receive approved material and procurement requests from Project Engineers and other authorized personnel.
• Canvass materials, equipment, tools, and services from qualified suppliers.
• Compare supplier quotations based on price, specifications, availability, delivery schedule, and payment terms.
• Negotiate prices and commercial terms with suppliers.
• Prepare and organize canvass sheets, quotations, purchase documentation, and procurement records.
• Coordinate with the Cost Control Officer for verification against project budgets and payables.
• Process purchases after required approvals are secured.
• Coordinate deliveries with suppliers, Project Engineers, and Site Coordinators.
• Monitor pending orders, incomplete deliveries, back orders, and supplier commitments.
• Maintain updated supplier and material-price records.
• Assist in monitoring tools, materials, and company inventory.
