Job summary

The role requires 2–5 years of relevant experience, strong reporting skills, and proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus. You will help monitor progress, prepare site reports, and resolve on-site issues to prevent delays.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of construction or project development experience.
• Experience in site supervision and coordination with contractors and suppliers.
• Familiarity with construction plans, specifications, and reporting.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Experience in estimating, quantity take-off, and cost control is an advantage.
• Knowledge in AutoCAD or similar software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is executed according to plans and specifications.
