Job summary

K84 Construction and Development Corporation is seeking a Project Engineer to plan, coordinate, and supervise construction activities at our Quezon City site. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Fresh Graduate welcome to apply).
• 2–5 years of experience in construction project management.
• Knowledgeable in construction methods, project scheduling, and quality control.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management software.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities and site operations.
• Ensure work complies with approved plans, specifications, and quality standards.
• Monitor project progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Manage manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently.
• Review shop drawings and resolve technical and site issues.

• Conduct site inspections and quality control checks.
