Job summary

United Neon Advertising Inc. is seeking an Assistant Engineer to support the Project Compliance Team in delivering safe, efficient, and compliant construction and maintenance projects in the Philippines.

You will monitor sites, assist in cost evaluation, coordinate with contractors and LGUs, and document project progress from planning through completion, ensuring adherence to approved plans and standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in construction, site engineering, or project compliance.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and other engineering tools.

Responsibilities

• Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, quality, and safety standards.
• Prepare basic project cost estimates and cost comparisons.
• Review contractor billings, progress claims, and supporting documents.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, LGUs, government agencies, and internal teams.
