Job summary

UTA K POS is expanding in the Philippines, seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive growth by directly engaging with MSMEs, visiting stores, and building a robust sales pipeline across Cebu and Davao. You will demo products, handle negotiations, and foster lasting relationships with business owners to expand our market presence.

Responsibilities

• Territory Prospecting: actively visit stores, businesses and commercial areas to identify clients and opportunities.
• Lead Generation: build pipeline through field visits, networking, referrals, and market research.
• Business Outreach: introduce UTAK POS to business owners and decision-makers through meetings and calls.
• Product Demonstrations: conduct engaging presentations showing how UTAK POS solves operational challenges.
• Relationship Building: develop trust with business owners and maintain opportunities within territory.
• Sales Conversion: handle objections, negotiate, and guide prospects to become customers.
• Pipeline Management: maintain records of prospects, meetings, follow-ups, and opportunities.
• Market Intelligence: stay informed about local business trends and competitors.
