Job Description

On-site position in Ortigas, Pasig City. Fresh graduates or bachelor’s degree holders are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and coordinate refilling plants, stores and other locations through calls, messages, CCTV and personal visits.
• Monitor and coordinate activities of task force and other field personnel through calls, messages, CCTV and personal visits.
• Monitor other external or competitor activities.
• Monitor GPS of plant delivery vehicles and the general manager's service vehicle.
• Create database on list of vehicles, people, addresses necessary in the creation of reports.
• Compile evidences and create reports on findings submitted by field personnel and/or through personal monitoring.
• File copies of reports and monitor submission, receiving copies and/or replies.
• Coordinate with other departments for proper action of the findings (e.g., Legal, Admin/Marketing, Operations and other departments related to findings).
• Coordinate with third parties or consultants for details necessary or relevant to the monitoring and reports.
• Submit reports and evidences to the management or authorities as required.

• Willing to work from Monday to Saturday.
