Job summary

RCBC Bankard Services Corporation in the Philippines seeks a Marketing and Sales professional to drive merchant acquisitions through on-site visits and dedicated account support. You will ensure POS terminals operate smoothly and train staff on card and QR payment acceptance.

The role requires a 4-year degree, at least two years in marketing and sales, strong communication, and the ability to meet sales targets. Willingness to work outside NCR is essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably Marketing.
• With at least 2 years’ work experience in marketing and sales.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Has proven experience in merchant acquiring business.
• With creative selling skills.
• Knowledge of payment processing solutions and merchant acquiring services is an advantage.
• Able to meet sales targets and work independently.
• Willing to be assigned outside NCR.

Responsibilities

• Engage merchants face-to-face to build rapport and provide account support.
• Ensure POS terminals are functioning during on-site visits.
• Conduct store visits, train staff on card and QR payments.
• Achieve merchant activity targets and maintain merchandising displays.
• Support marketing events related to RCBC Installment or merchant events.
• Assess merchant needs on-site and refer issues to internal support.
