Job summary

Empire East Land Holdings, Inc. seeks a licensed Mechanical Engineer to lead field operations for our Pasig-Cainta project. The role covers field supervision, paperwork, quality checks, and coordination with contractors and consultants.

You will conduct site inspections, oversee materials testing, prepare progress billings, and produce weekly and monthly accomplishment reports for the Project Manager and Division Head. Onsite work is required.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of BS Mechanical Engineering and a Licensed Mechanical Engineer (RME).
• With at least 2 to 3 years of experience in construction and/or high-rise residential projects.
• Computer Literate (AutoCad/Microsoft Office, etc.)
• Possesses good oral and written communication skills
• Good command of English language
• Willing to work onsite in our Pasig-Cainta project

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the overall field and paperwork for the project assigned.
• Conducts site inspection, checking of accuracy of field works done by the contractor.
• Attends all materials testing as required.
• Evaluates & prepares progress billings as submitted by contractors.
• Conducts scheduled and random inspections.
• Prepares weekly and monthly accomplishment reports for submission to the Project Manager & Division Head respectively.
• Communicates/coordinates with consultants, other departments/divisions, clients, agencies or other firms/offices relative to the project.
• Attends to other department or company matters/concerns (outside of the regular functions) when required, or upon advice.
