Job Description

• Responsible for supervising the implementation of the projects.
• Make sure that project implementation is according to plan, approved budget, timeline and technical specifications.
• Monitor daily site activities including manpower loading, materials and tools withdrawals, and compliance with project safety program.
• Coordinate with the customer on the timing of mobilization.
• Conduct site visit/inspection to determine the readiness of the project site.
• Review project scope of works and establish projects schedule as agreed in the sales proposal.
• Ensure proper scheduling of equipment and materials deliveries.
• Conduct inspection of equipment and materials deliveries to ensure correctness of specifications.
• Submit weekly project progress report to the Project Manager or the Project Supervisor.
• Ensure proper coordination with the customer and other contractors to resolve arising issues during project implementation.
• Collect equipment data for compilation as part of the submittal to the customer during the project turnover.
• Assist the CAD operator during site visit to establish the installation as‑built.
• Witness during the start‑up and commissioning.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as required.

Qualifications

• B.S.M.E.
• At least 1 or 2 years' experience in project management
• Knowledge of applicable local building codes and safety practices
• Computer literate, well versed in MS Office, Microsoft Project
• Good oral and written communication skills
