Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering, at least 5 years on-site experience, and proficiency in AutoCAD and estimating software.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.
Licensed mechanical engineer with at least 5 years on construction sites.
Experience with AutoCAD and estimating software; strong QA/QC understanding.

Responsibilities

Analyze plans and construct queries if discrepancies arise.
Initiate take-offs of all materials.
Finalize quotations for proposals.
Read MEPF plans.
Plan, conceptualize, and create mechanical designs for new products.
Create and review technical drawings, plans, and specifications using computer software.
Collaborate with multi-disciplinary engineering teams; work with vendors and contractors.
Document project development and design processes in detail.
Ensure project timelines are met and budgets kept.
