About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Field Marketing Representative to join our sales team in Baguio City, Benguet. This is a full‑time position based on‑site in our Baguio City location. As a Field Marketing Representative, you will be the face of Peoples Credit Network Finance Co. Inc., responsible for promoting our financial products and services directly to potential customers. This role is integral to our growth strategy, as you will actively drive business development, build relationships with clients, and contribute significantly to achieving our sales targets and market expansion objectives in the Baguio City region.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct field visits and market surveys to identify potential customers and assess market opportunities within the Baguio City area
• Promote and present financial products and services to prospective clients through effective communication and persuasive selling techniques
• Generate leads and develop sales pipelines through networking, cold calling, and referral‑based activities
• Prepare and deliver engaging product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business
• Provide product information and education to customers, addressing their financial needs and concerns
• Complete sales documentation accurately and submit reports on daily activities, leads generated, and sales performance
• Collaborate with the internal sales team and management to strategies marketing initiatives and achieve team targets
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities for business growth
• Attend training sessions and professional development programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills

What we are looking for

• Proven experience in sales, marketing, or field sales roles, preferably in the financial services, insurance, or credit industry
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage diverse customer groups effectively
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and achieving business objectives
• Self‑motivated and results‑oriented with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing sales opportunities
• Willingness to travel extensively within the Baguio City region and surrounding areas
• Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with sales management systems
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is preferred
• Customer service experience and knowledge of financial products is advantageous
