Job summary

HRTx Inc. is seeking a Financial Solutions Specialist in Mindanao. This onsite role focuses on sales of financial and insurance products, building strong client relationships, and delivering tailored financial solutions to help clients achieve their goals.

The position requires networking to generate opportunities, ensuring targets are met, and providing excellent customer service. A Business/Finance/Marketing background and at least 6 months in financial services are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or related field.
• At least 6 months of relevant experience in financial services, sales, banking, or insurance.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Willing to be deployed to an assigned bank branch location.
• Licensing as a financial advisor or insurance agent is an advantage with training provided if needed.
