Job summary

UltraManpower is seeking a Liaison Officer in San Pedro, Laguna to process and renew business permits and government documents. You will handle transactions with BIR, DOLE, SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth, banks, and other offices while coordinating submissions and collections.

The role requires high school completion or current college-level status, with travel to various offices and field assignments. Onsite work in San Pedro, Laguna is expected, with allowances and holiday benefits offered.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or college-level student
• Experience in liaison work, messenger services, document processing, or delivery services is an advantage
• Familiarity with government offices and basic government transactions is preferred
• Reliable, punctual, organized, and detail-oriented
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Assist with the processing and renewal of business permits and government documents
• Handle transactions with BIR, DOLE, PCAB, SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth, banks, and other government offices
• Deliver, submit, and collect documents, receipts, and packages from clients and designated offices
• Check documents for completeness and accuracy before submission
• Coordinate with concerned offices regarding missing documents and processing requirements
• Monitor assigned transactions and provide updates on their status
• Address routine concerns and report delays or issues to the project supervisor
• Perform other related duties as assigned
