ExcelSure Marketing Corporation seeks a Legal Associate to assist in the recovery of outstanding debts while ensuring compliance with procedures and company policies. The role also involves serving Demand Letters, Notices, Summons and/or other legal documents, as well as conducting field visitation for efficient collection.

As Legal Associate, you are responsible to provide assistance in the recovery of outstanding debts from Legal Accounts, while ensuring compliance with legal procedures and company policies. The role also involves serving Demand Letters, Notices, Summons and/or other legal documents, as well as conducting field visitation for efficient collection. This position requires strong communication and interpersonal skill, critical thinking, attention to detail, time-management, customer-handling, and conflict-resolution.
Field Collection and Recovery:
Takes charge of the collection of payment of delinquent accounts from Sales/Credit and Collection Department that were assigned by the Paralegal, provides assistance in Account investigation, visitation, and tracing, enters Compromise Agreement on behalf of the company, and prepares account case summary.
Case Intake and Review:
Provides assistance in preparing all legal documents pertinent to all cases (civil, criminal, and/or labor), supports the Paralegal by attending hearings/trials based on assigned Small Claims Cases and/or BP22 Cases, and coordinates with witnesses, as well as with Courts and other juridical entities, and follow-ups cases
Field Services (Demand Letters, Notices, and other Legal Documents):
Serves Demand Letters, Notice of Dishonors, and other Legal Documents as prescribed by the Legal Department, and leads execution of Court Orders.
Legal Records and Database Management:
Updates collection monitoring sheets and ensures effective legal documentation.
Bachelor's degree in Legal Management, Political Science, Paralegal Studies, or a related field.
Preferably with experience in paralegal, legal, HR, administrative, or compliance work.
Knowledge of basic legal procedures, documentation, and Philippine laws is an advantage.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
Keen attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other documentation tools.
Able to conduct basic legal research and prepare professional documents.
